Who you'd be working with
Both founders are software engineers by trade, working in consumer technology at scale, on products that live in people's homes and are installed, serviced and supported by a field workforce. That is where the method comes from: years inside an organisation where what people know outruns what is written down, and where a number without a source finds its way into a decision.
Founder
Connor Dos Santos Cates
A senior software engineer who has built consumer mobile apps and the platform beneath them. Computer science with honours, and a useful habit of insisting on provenance, versioning and a linter for anything that has to stay true.
Co-founder
Rob Hird
A software engineering manager who came up through backend platform work (services, infrastructure, test automation) and now leads the teams that build it and hires the people on them. The result is a clear view of what a system has to do on a Monday morning to be worth keeping.

How we hold ourselves to it
A business that sells governed provenance should be careful about its own claims. So:
Results are published with permission, or not at all
Client work stays confidential by default. Anything we publish about an engagement is de-identified with the client's agreement and marked provisional until checked, the same rule the software enforces.
The paper is the argument
Your Archive Is Not a Memory sets out what breaks when you point AI at a body of work and the discipline that fixes it. It is the most complete statement of what we think, and it is free.
The plugin is the proof
Real software, installed in about fifteen minutes, running the discipline the paper describes. Get it and judge the method by what it builds.
The site collects almost nothing
No analytics, no cookies, no trackers, no fonts loaded from anyone else. A name and an email if you ask for a download, and that is the entire form. The privacy policy is short because there is little to say.
How we use AI is written down
A human sets the argument, supplies the facts, verifies every figure and is accountable for what goes out under the company's name. The full statement.
03 · The name
Why “intellectual capital”
Because that is what it is. A consultant's frameworks, an expert's opinions given under oath, a founder's methodology: accumulated over decades, uniquely theirs, and usually stored in a way that makes it worth almost nothing on any given Tuesday.
A system that keeps it governed makes it capital again: provenance intact, figures checked, contradictions visible, confidential material marked. That is the whole business.
