Privacy Policy

Intellectual Capital Systems LLC ("we", "us") operates intellectualcapitalsystems.com. This policy says what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you ask for a download. Your name, your email address, and which asset you asked for. That is the entire form.

Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, we do not track you across sites, and we have nothing to sell to anyone who would.

Why we collect it

To send you the thing you asked for, and, only if you ask us to, to tell you when consulting availability opens. We do not add you to a mailing list by default.

Where it goes

Submissions are received by a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace. Our hosting and DNS are provided by Cloudflare. Those two vendors process this data on our behalf; we do not otherwise share, sell, rent or trade it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it stops being useful — whichever is first.

Your choices

Email contact@intellectualcapitalsystems.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. You do not need to cite a statute and we will not ask you why.

If you are in California, this is our notice under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575: the categories above are everything we collect. We do not sell personal information. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful basis is your consent for the download and our legitimate interest in operating the site; you may withdraw consent at any time using the address above.

Security

We hold this data in Google Workspace under access controls. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will change the date above and post the new version here.
